PowerGate LLC introduces the Cosel CBS450 Series of 450 Watt Half Brick DC/DC Converters in standard encapsulated with baseplate package.
The Cosel CBS450 Series of high density dc/dc converters consists of two standard models offering 48VDC Input and outputs of 24 & 28 VDC. Housed in theindustry standard half brick case measuring 2.3″ x 2.4″ x 0.50″, the module is fully encapsulated with a thermally conductive potting compound for superior thermal performance for baseplate cooled applications enabling easy attachment of a heatsink or mounting of the module. The case operating temperature range of the module is -40 to 100ºC. Features include remote ON/OFF control, output voltage remote sensing and output voltage trim. . All modules are available with either positive or negative ON/OFF logic. The output voltage remote sense feature can compensate for up to a 10% voltage drop on the leads. This ties into the maximum trim limit for the HEW series of 110%. All modules are isolated 1500 VDC, are RoHS compliant and safety approved to UL60950-1 / CUL60950-1 / EN60950-1 / CE Mark LVD Standards
