PowerGate LLC announces the Protek PMP150 Series of External Desktop Power Supplies with Medical Safety Approvals. High efficiency operation in excess of 85% and no load power consumption of less than 0.5 Watts allow these products to meet both current and pending “Green Power” initiatives, the most stringent being the California Energy Commission (CEC Level IV) going into effect January 2008.
The Protek PMP150 Series of External Desktop Power Supplies are ideal for Medical and Gaming Applications requiring up to 150 watts of external power with IEC60601-1 safeties for Creepage and Leakage requirements. These supplies are packaged in a UL94V-1 rated enclosure measuring only 8.17 x 3.00 x 1.57″. Features include Universal AC Input with Active Power Factor Correction; Single output voltages of 12 / 15 / 19 / 24 / 27 / 48 VDC; LED Power-On Indicator; Full load operation over a 0~40C Operating temperature range; and high reliability >150k Hours MTBF. Safety approvals include UL/cUL60601-1 / TUV EN60601-1, the products are RoHS Compliant and carry the CE Mark with Class B Emissions.
